TEDx “The UneXpected” Reveals Itself @ Castilleja

TEDx@Castilleja revealed itself yesterday to a packed house of Bay Area teens.  If you weren’t there, don’t fret…..you can view the presenters on your computer screen and comment on your favs here on the ACE blog post.

Two student break-out sessions were run by our own Casti crew lead by Junior Katherine Hobbs whose vision and energy made these mixers engaging, fun, inspiring, and captured participants feedback about what they were thinking about TEDx and life in general.  Casti kudos to her volunteer crew for representing “women leading” at its finest.  Students wrote comments on giant reflection sheets and filled out online surveys in groups in the second session.  They mixed it up because Katherine created groups for session two that ensured they meet teens from other schools!  A fun way to build community.

Senior Camille Zubizaretta worked tech with the TEDx crew and found that she could use her current skills and expertise to engage and learn even more from the expert TEDx techies.
