In the spirit of Thanksgiving, here are a few Kenyan recipes to experiment with and share with your friends and family over break:

Chai Recipe: customizable instructions for chai tea, credits to Mallory H.

½ water, ½ milk

Black tea (enough for whoever you are serving)

Chai spices (start small and figure out how spicy you like it)

Bring to a boil. Add tea and spices. Keep on low for 5-7 minutes. Serve with sugar or honey!
